Observation reveals a very clear color, resembling that of a brick with olive nuances. At first, it develops a smell of citrus fruits. When left to the air it develops the tastes of wood, grilled almond, spices and dry fruits. In mouth, it's a thick wine with a taste of spices mixed with a taste of grill. It has a long lasting and persisting taste.

Observation reveals a light color, resembling that of coffee mixed with milk with olive nuances. At first, it develops the smell of grilled coffee mixed with sour almonds. When left to the air the taste evolves and develops a resemblance to wood, grill, citrus fruits skin, spices and cinnamon. In mouth, it's a thick wine with a taste of chocolate and vanilla. At last, this forty years old ports wine as a persisting taste that, at the end, resemble that of grilled coffee.
